CoronaVirus (COVID-19) in response to any concerns


Our customers have always been at the heart of our business and we will always do our best for you. If you have any questions, issues or concerns about any of the above, please do contact your local branch or normal point of contact. Of course you can contact me personally too, using my email address which I’ve included below. 

As the restrictions state, we are abiding by Track-and-trace by isolating our fitters as is required by law, please do bear in mind we are doing this for the safety of our customers and our staff, we understand appointment changes are not convenient, but we are working within the Government and Builders COVID-19 guidlines.

We have the best intensions in mind and our staff would not be changing appointments unless absolutely necessary.


Amid the very fast developing COVID-19 ("Coronavirus") situation, I would like to reassure you about the actions we are taking to enable our normal business activities to continue. We will be reviewing the official guidelines on an ongoing basis, but for now it is very much business as usual with the exception of our showroom which remains closed to the public.


The safety of our customers, colleagues and suppliers

Safety of course remains our highest priority. To make sure our customers, colleagues and suppliers stay safe within our offices and showrooms we are ensuring that cleaning and hygiene protocols are even more rigorous than usual. All of our colleagues are following personal hygiene guidance and being asked to regularly wash their hands. We currently have access to alcohol based sanitisers within our offices and we are regularly cleaning door handles, light switches, credit/debit card machines and all of our public areas.


We have now stopped any non-critical business meetings taking place until further notice including non-delivery visits from suppliers, and face to face meetings.  Instead we are conducting those sessions using conference calls, phone and video calls where possible. We are taking this approach as a preventative measure. 


We are encouraging customers to use our facility to pay over the phone by credit or debit card or online by bank transfer as a preventative measure.

Annual servicing is a requirement in order to uphold the Manufacturers warranty.
